Hey, you!

I'm Rachel; the owner, operator, photographer, editor and everything else in between of RSP. You will typically catch me in action alone, although, my husband Steve is my in house second shooter.

At home, I wear many hats, but Mom is the most important one. The little lady in the red bow is my angel princess babe, Cheyanna. As I am writing this, we are preparing for our little girl to turn 9 years old in just a few days and we are super excited for all the amazing things to come for her in this next year of life! She is my little best friend and partner in crime who also loves to take photos with Mom's big cameras.

When I am not working, you will likely find my family relaxing at home, watching Chey jump on her trampoline, running to and from activities, or creating something. We keep pretty busy and have a really nice balance.

My husband Steve and I celebrated 5 years married in 2022; we were married on 1/7/17 at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA during a blizzard! In the ten years we have spent together, we have parented 3 doggies, one human, 2 guinea pigs, some fish, and hundreds of plants. We are constantly doing projects on our North Shore home where we are likely to be close to family and walk our daughter to and from school everyday.

My love for photography has always existed. There is something special about capturing photos that I cannot quite put into words. So often we say we wish we could go back in time and relive a moment; this is the closest way. When I purchased my first full frame camera, I fell in love with the way I felt behind the lens as I was orchestrating, connecting, and engaging with people like I never had before. There is a certain type of magical feeling that comes when you know you have mastered the right lighting and know your client is going to feel beautiful!
